OUR SECONDARY SCHOOL DIVISION ,
St. Mathew Secondary has a population of 650 and has a similar category as to that of our primary division. We need sponsorship, lunch, uniforms and infrastructure.

OUR NEEDS
We need to;

• purchase some plots of land close to the school to build our boarding houses (safe houses), we are faced with many more children who need shelter . Currently the two safe houses are full to capacity , the cost of the 2 plots is at Ksh 510,000.
• sink a water well to cater for all the water needs of our children. Currently we utilise 3500 litres of water daily while we have only 6000 litres per week. The well can be sunk at the cost of Ksh. 1.8 million considering the rate of exchange at Ksh 130 = 1 U.K pound and for Ksh 75 for one U.S dollar.
• buy desks (single seater desks) for both primary and high school , one desk retails at ksh, 2600.

One of our primary needs is to put up two boarding houses for boys and girls the cost of one unit will be Ksh 900,000. We are looking at an investment of Ksh 180,000 for both.

The scope of work required is extensive and we intend to tackle these needs in phases. We will appreciate any form of assistance whether monetray or in kind to improve our childrens environment.
